Every year, Margaux Jones celebrates the birth of her late brother, Randy “Ross” Jones, whose birthday falls on May 18. She dedicates this time annually to commemorate the life of her brother Randy, as he and his name inspired the creation and mission of her company, Randi Ross Entertainment & Consulting, Inc. (RREC).
Margaux is profoundly grateful to have had such a beautiful, warm-hearted, and thoughtful brother in her life. Randy earned the nickname “Randy Ross” because he was the ultimate fan of the legendary singer Diana Ross. Both Randy and Diana shared a common philosophy: they believed that “love can get you through the toughest times.” Margaux and her family owe much to their strong and loving parents, along with her siblings, three daughters, and two sons.
Tragically, Margaux lives with the grief of losing her dear brother Randy and her beautiful sister Joyce, both of whom lost their lives to AIDS. Recently, she also lost another brother, Frank Jones. Randy was the family’s inspiration and a master motivator, standing strong in the face of adversity. Through grace and faith in Jesus Christ, Margaux believes that “our bodies are temples of God, and we must treat them that way.” Their mother faces the inevitability of aging and death, a reality that has deeply affected Margaux.
Randy and Joyce both succumbed to the AIDS virus fifteen years apart. As Randy’s health declined, he encouraged Margaux to “take flight” in his honor. Inspired by his amazing spirit, Margaux felt that her brother would want her to continue living fully. She vowed to name her business after him, choosing “Randi Ross” to reflect both her involvement in the entertainment field and her brother’s admiration for Diana Ross.
Following Randy’s death and the establishment of RREC, Margaux felt divinely inspired a few years later to feed the hungry, reach out to the homeless, and assist those in need. This inspiration led her to start a conference aimed at fulfilling God’s purpose and glorifying Him. She believes that God has equipped her with the necessary tools to help others find peace and strength to complete His mission.
Margaux is convinced that God desires for people to be healthy and wealthy, citing that neither Abraham nor Noah died poor. She emphasizes that engaging with the Word of God fosters faith and belief in Jesus Christ, leading to success and longevity. Believing that everyone has a purpose on Earth, Margaux is dedicated to assisting others with love and care. She encourages others to walk by faith, immerse themselves in the Word of God, and dedicate all aspects of RREC to God’s service.
